Luxury Accommodation
When you're on holiday your cat is too at Celbridge Cattery. We offer individually heated chalets with penthouse-style sleeping quarters, a separate run for exercise and high perches overlooking the garden. Each chalet has a garden view that takes full advantage of natural light and ventilation. To help meet your cats physical and emotional needs we offer toys and scratching posts and play classical music.
Optimum Care and Attention
The cattery was built in line with UK ICC standards. Chalets, including litter trays and food and water bowls are cleaned and disinfected daily and post vacation. We give prescribed medication as required (excluding injections). We encourage daily playtime by interacting with your cat on a one-to one basis. This helps to ensure that your cat’s emotional needs are catered for.
Feeding
Cats are fed twice daily or according to requirements. Main brands of wet and dry cat food is provided as standard. Alternatively, we are happy to feed your cat's favourite food and special prescription diets but we ask owners to provide this.
Bedding and Other Home Comforts
We offer comfortable clean bedding however you are welcome to bring your own cat's bed that they are familiar with. This can help them settle in if they have never been in a cattery before.
Vet and Your Cat's Health
In the unlikely case of illness we aim to work with the cat's own vet. If unavailable, we are affiliated with a lovely veterinary practice in the area. Vaccinations, worm and flea treatments must be up to date. This is for your cat's safety and the safety of fellow boarding cats. We hope you understand.
24/7 Supervision and Security
Our home is next door to the cattery allowing 24/7 close supervision of the cats at all times. Our home has electric gates too to deter any unwanted visitors. Your cats will be in safe hands here at Celbridge Cattery.
